2. Plans and Pricing

EKRAN offers the following subscription plans, all prices inclusive of tax:

  • Monthly subscription: €9.99/month
  • Annual subscription: €79.99/year
  • Student subscription: €4.99/month (upon presentation of proof)

Prices may be changed at any time. In case of a change, current Subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before the new prices take effect.

3. Payment Methods

Payment is made by bank card through our secure payment provider Stripe. EKRAN does not store any banking data.

The subscription is automatically renewed by direct debit at each billing period (monthly or annual), unless previously cancelled by the Subscriber.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Belgian Code of Economic Law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your subscription.

Important exception: in accordance with Article VI.53, 13 of the Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal is lost once you have started accessing digital content (watching films) with your express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal (before any access to content), contact us at admin@ekran.be indicating your name, email and subscription date.

5. Duration and Renewal

The subscription is automatically renewed at each billing period (monthly or annual). The Subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal space.

In case of cancellation, access to reserved content is maintained until the end of the current subscription period. The Subscriber will not be billed for the following period.

6. Refunds

  • In case of a major technical issue preventing access to the Service for a significant period, a pro-rata refund may be granted.
  • No refund will be issued for content already consumed (films watched).
  • Refund requests must be sent to admin@ekran.be.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the courts of Brussels shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to mandatory provisions applicable in terms of consumer protection.
